I'm thrilled about my English improvement. It has been a pretty challenging journey but Berlitz and its staff haven been wonderful so far with me. You cannot imagine how much I have enjoyed the class with Jack today, he made my day, he constantly challenge and motivates me to get better and better. He is just fantastic. This is why that today I decided to go after the professional levels 9 and 10 starting in August.
